Privacy Policy
Effective January 2019.

1. Who we are. Peach Mindfulness (“we,” “us”) operates https://peachmindfulness.com and the Peach Mindfulness’ messaging service.

2. Information we collect.

  • Information you give us: phone number, account details, and the content of your messages and conversations with the Service (which may include personal information about your tasks, routines, moods, and wellbeing).
  • Automatically collected: usage data, device/log information, and message metadata (timestamps, delivery status).

3. How we use your information. To provide and operate the Service; send the messages you opted into; personalize reminders and responses; maintain memory/context across your sessions; provide support; ensure safety and detect misuse; and improve the Service.

4. SMS consent and your phone number — carrier-required disclosure. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers and opt-in data are used only to deliver the messaging you requested.

5. Service providers. We share data only with vendors who help us run the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, our SMS provider Twilio, AI model providers that generate responses, payment processors), under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us.

6. Sensitive information. Your conversations may include sensitive details about your mental health and wellbeing. We treat this information with heightened care and encrypt it in transit and at rest.

7. AI processing. Messages are processed by automated systems and third-party AI model providers to generate responses.

8. Data retention. We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it.

9. Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these, contact [email protected]. You can opt out of SMS anytime by replying STOP.

10. Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

11. Children. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes. We’ll post updates here and update the effective date; material changes will be communicated through the Service.
